Woman Kicked Out Of Store By Cashier Sick Of ‘Certain’ People Like Her

In Spring, Texas, a woman ran into her local Kroger grocery store to grab a few things and get on with her list of other errands to run. However, things didn’t go as simple as she hoped when she was told to leave because she disgusted a particular employee who took one look at the shopper and said she was sick of people like her.

Meredith, who didn’t feel comfortable releasing her last name, had checked everything off of her shopping list and headed to the register. As she put her items on the conveyor belt, she was informed that she shouldn’t even bother since the cashier wasn’t going to ring her up. The employee said that Meredith needed to get out of the store because the shopper’s shirt was a slap in the face, and the clerk “was doing everything she could not to cry.”

This wasn’t the first time Kroger has turned away a paying customer for the same reason as Meredith, and like the others before her, she wasn’t going to let it slide. Wearing a blue t-shirt that said “Police Lives Matter, All Lives Matter,” Meredith was showing support for her hero husband who puts his life on the line daily, serving and protecting the “offended” clerk and the other citizens of Spring, Texas. However, the cashier didn’t like what she was advertising and kicked her out of the store, regardless of the fact that she’s not in charge of anything but her cash register.

Right after Meredith left the store, she let others know what happened to her there, including Kimberly Colley who is the executive director of the Blue Bow Foundation, which supports police officers and their families. Colley was disgusted by this employee’s actions, but more so by the complete lack of response on the matter from Kroger.

“Our husbands risk their lives every single time they put on those uniforms, they’re walking targets and this is the least we can do to show there is support out there,” Colley said, according to KMOV. She added that her non-profit group which used to support the store has cut off all ties with the retailer.

This is now at least the second time Kroger employees disrespected police officers and/or their families. A worker at a Louisiana location refused to serve a cop and the store didn’t seem to care when it was brought to their attention. Any business who doesn’t support police, especially when they go as far as to kick them out, doesn’t deserve the protection they rely on from law enforcement when called upon.

These companies should be blacklisted by police and forced to sort out tense situations for themselves. Maybe after a few weeks of this as well as a loss of customers who don’t feel safe shopping there, they will learn that the can’t rely on their disgruntled employees or Black Lives Matter to save them.

Victim Of Crash Thinks Man Is Running Over To Help, Then Realizes He’s There For Something Else

Victim Of Crash Thinks Man Is Running Over To Help, Then Realizes He’s There For Something Else
A Texas man is hoping his now viral Facebook post will lead to the arrest of a man who stole his sister’s wallet after she was involved in a car accident.

Kimberly Smith was driving in Irving, Texas, on the morning of Sept. 27 when her car rolled over three times, My San Antonio reported. But according to her brother, Joshua Smith, that may have not been the worse part.

Joshua took to Facebook to share the story of how a “tall, skinny black male in his 30’s” approached his sister while she was trapped upside down in the vehicle. He claims the man said he was going to help Kimberly, but instead robbed her and drove off.

“Some guy stop [sic] to help her,” Joshua wrote. “Even found her purse and brought it over to her. She was still dazed and confused from the accident and he said he was gonna go get his cell to call 911.

“She begged him to just stay with her. He said don’t worry, I’m not going anywhere.

“He gets in his truck and takes off. With her wallet. All her credit cards. Id’s. Everything. And all this happened after she was trapped upside down and NOBODY stopped to help her. What the hell is wrong with this world!?”

Someone eventually stopped and called 911. The good Samaritan waited with Kimberly until emergency services arrived. She was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Joshua is now hoping his Facebook post, which has been shared more than 35,000 times, will lead to the capture and arrest of the unidentified man, who remains at large.

“If anybody has a ‘friend’ that is bragging about robbing some girl after she flipped her car this morning, please be a real friend and let us know,” he wrote.

“I hope this guy who stopped to ‘help’ and everyone that did not stop at all, is not a majority in our society today,” Joshua added. “We are better people than that. Everyone please share this and maybe we can find this loser.”

Kimberly is recovering well from the accident. She responded to one of the commenters who said she would be praying for her.

“Thank you! The prayers have worked!” Kimberly wrote. “Just surviving that accident would’ve been a blessing, but the fact that I was able to find away [sic] to free myself and walk away without any major or real injury is nothing short of a miracle!”

Woman Snaps Pic Of Horrific Wreck, Floored At What’s Hidden In Plain Sight

While stopped near the scene of a horrific wreck on a Georgia freeway, Kay Denton was staring out her window when she noticed something amiss at the scene and snapped a photo. Looking at the snapshot a little closer, she was absolutely floored at what she saw hiding in plain sight.

Denton, who works with the Commerce Police Departement, was on Interstate-85 in Commerce when the crash caught her eye. With traffic at a standstill as crews worked to clear the scene, the woman watched on and prayed that all involved would be okay, even though the situation looked dire. With the perfect vantage point from where she was parked along the side of the road, Denton saw something else at the scene which she felt the need to share, with photo proof of what she witnessed.

In a post on social media, Denton explained, “If you look closely you can see a police officer lying on the ground to the left side of the car.” While this may not seem like a significant detail, it’s what she caught him doing that took her breath away.

An 8-year-old boy was involved in the crash and trapped under the mangled car. He was terrified and Denton was scared for his outcome too, until she saw the incredible interaction he had with the cop. “This child was an eight-year-old black male who was scared to death and had some internal injuries. This officer laid on the ground with this child, cradling his head in his hand and talking to him to keep him calm,” she wrote before finding out one important detail about the kid, which the cop was shocked to hear in that moment.

As the hero officer spoke comforting words to this boy, he learned that this frightening day happened to also be his birthday, and right there in the median, with the weight of the car and the world on this child, the cop sang Happy Birthday to him. “At one point the child reached over and patted the officer on the head and then played with the officer’s hair!” Denton explained in her post, which she shared with a specific purpose in mind.

“THIS is why I’m a police officer, to help people, to be there for them no matter what the circumstances and no matter what skin color!” she said. “With all the ‘anti-police’ propaganda that is seen in the media, all of the ‘bad cop’ stories, and stories of ‘racial’ issues, I wanted to share THIS.”

The details of an officer’s day on the job are rarely known because they don’t often talk about them. To these heroes, it’s just another part of their shift, a part of who they are, and who citizens need around to do the things that too many people could never fathom facing. This white cop was all this scared black kid had in that moment. He was his guardian angel, as are many officers to strangers on a daily basis who don’t see race. They take the opportunity to save the day however they can.
